Thursday, August 8th EVF 360 Workout of the Day
Fall will be here before we know it, and we have a ton of fun events coming at you. Mark your calendars!
- First up, UES is hosting a mock powerlifting meet on Saturday, September 14th from 1-3:30. Come join us and test your strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. No weight classes, no winners, just you against your personal records!
- Last year’s Concept 2 team challenge was a huge success, so let’s make it even bigger this year! From 9/15-10/15, you’ll row, ski, and bike (bike erg meters count for half) as far as you can. UES will also be hosting a 4-person team marathon row on Sunday, 9/22 so you can start to really rack up those meters. Sign up details coming soon!
