Mobility: The first of a four part series, wrists are addressed specific for pain or discomfort when doing body balance exercises. Make sure to stretch out your wrists and forearms before and after the wod.

Gymnastics
Parallettes: Shoot throughs, l-sit, straddle l-sit, planche, lever, handstand

Conditioning
Performance
Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 rounds):
10 pull-ups
8 shoulder to overhead (115/75)
6 burpees over bar

Fitness
Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 rounds):
8 jumping pull-ups
6 push press
4 burpees
