Mobility: If one of your goals is become more mobile, then be sure to check this one out. 10 mobilizations to improve your whole body.

Four 8-minute rounds:

0:00-2:00 – 2 rounds of 5 pull ups/ring rows + 10 push ups + 15 sit ups
2:00-4:00 – 25 wall balls + 15 box jumps
4:00-6:00 – 200m run + 15 KBS
6:00-8:00 – 2 rounds of 8 KB ground to overhead + 8 burpees

Rest 2 minutes between rounds
