Complete for time:

100 goblet squats (53/35)*
*Every time you put the KB down, complete one round of “Cindy” (5 pull ups/ring rows, 10 push ups, 15 squats)

50 burpee box jumps

3 rounds of
10 pistols or lunges
20 plate ground to overhead
30 mountain climbers

75 Russian KBS*
*Every time you put the KB down, perform 15 hollow rocks
