30 sit ups
30 KBS (70/53)
30 box jumps (24/20)
30 dumbbell power cleans (50/35)
30 calorie row
60 wall balls (20/14)
30 calorie bike/ski
30 dumbbell power cleans
30 box jumps
30 KBS
30 sit ups
30 dumbbell overhead/front rack lunges (left arm up)

For the overhead/front rack lunge, one dumbbell will be in the front rack position while the other dumbbell is locked out overhead. Modifications and scaling will be offered in class!
