Mobility: Beautiful weather will eventually hit the East Coast and what better way to celebrate it than to get outside for a hike? Stretching the stems and shoulders will give you a better experience on the uneven ground, and reduce the soreness you feel afterwards. Be sure to stretch things out pre and post hike.

6 minutes to complete:
30 burpees
20 single-arm KB thrusters, right arm
20 single-arm KB thrusters, left arm

6 minutes to complete:
400m run
30 KBS
20 pull ups or ring rows

1:00 rest

6 minutes to complete:
100 double unders/200 singles
30 DB ground to overhead
20 hand release push ups

1:00 rest

6 minutes to complete:
400m ski
30 pistols or lunges
20 weighted sit ups

1:00 rest

6 minutes to complete:
100 mountain climbers
50 plank rows
30 single-leg weighted lateral step ups (15/15)
