40 minutes to complete:

25 pull ups/ring rows
50 calorie row

Then, 5 rounds of:
5 DB hang to overhead (50/35)*
10 DB box step overs (50/35)*

25 calorie ski or bike
50 push ups

Then 5 rounds of:
5 lateral burpees over KB
10 goblet squats (70/53)

*Both movements performed with TWO dumbbells.
