Warm up
3 rounds:
5 strict press
5 jerk dips
5 push press
5 push jerk w/ pause in receiving position

Push jerk
Performance: 70%, 3×3 | 75%, 2×3
Fitness: 5×3, across or ascending

*2-count pause in receiving position

5 rounds for time:
5 ring dips
10 pistols
15 KBS (53/35)

5 rounds for time:
5 box dips
15 goblet lunges
15 Russian KBS
