Mobility:

This is a great mobility drill from Crossfit Oak Creek that focuses on getting those elbows up in the front rack position:

 

Warm up
3 rounds not for time or 10 min:
5 BB strict muscle clean
5 BB back squat
5 BB hip power clean
5 BB front squat
5 BB hang clean

Strength
Fitness & Performance
2 clean pull, pause @ hang (no explode) + hang clean

Conditioning
Performance
50 power snatches for time (75/55)
*Each time you break, perform 50 double unders

Fitness
30 power snatches
*Every 5 reps, break and perform 50 single unders
