Mobility: Perfect for rest day, pre-wod, post-wod or just hanging out watching TV! This hip complex is so easy to do and really something you work to get better at while mobilizing your hips and lower back.

21-15-9 reps of:
DB front squats
Burpees
Pull ups or ring rows

Rest 1 minute, then

9-15-21 reps of the above

Rest 2 minutes

21-15-9 reps of:
V-ups
KB clean & press
KBS

Rest 1 minute, then
