Workout B

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
Strict pull ups
DB deadlifts (50/35)

For the above couplets, follow the following sequence:

1-minute AMRAP (as many REPS as possible)

2-minute AMRAP

Rest 1:00

4-minute AMRAP

Rest 1:00

Complete for time (10 minute cap).
