  1. 158 cal on the rower – RX for half, RX+ for half

    John F. and all other skiers – you had it much worse this AM.

    1.5 years into Crossfit and burpees remain the only movement that hasn’t gotten any easier.

  2. 136 Cals on rower RX.
    Couldn’t imagine doing this WOD on the skier
    looking forward to a nice Rest Day, RX of course

  3. Tough one !

    I had 9 calories total on the ski erg, but I’m pretty happy with that considering a month ago I could barely finish 10 burpees, let alone 60 as just part of a workout!
