8 single-arm thrusters (4/arm)
8 tuck ups
8 sumo deadlift high pulls
8 burpees
8 KBS or DB swings
8 plank rows
8 single-arm snatches

No Equipment Option

8 rounds for time
8 hspu or pike push ups
8 overhead squats*
8 tuck ups
8 squat thrusts
8 burpees
8 supermans
8 plank shoulder taps
8 bench dips

*Use a broom or dowel for the overhead squats.
