5 superman pass thrus
10 PVC OHS
10 PVC duck walks
5 behind neck Sotts press

Barbell Warm Up
2 rounds:
3 tall snatch pulls
3 tall snatches
3 hang snatch high pulls
3 hang muscle snatches
3 hang power snatches
3 snatches

Strength
Every 2:00 for 6 sets:
Hang snatch + snatch x (2+1)

Work to heavy set

Conditioning
For time:
21 DB step ups (50/35)*
15 handstand push ups
15 DB step ups
12 handstand push ups
9 DB step ups
9 handstand push ups
