5 strict pull ups

Strength
Romanian deadlift: 4×10
Superset with
Lateral box step up w/ KB on opposite shoulder: 4×10/leg

Max burpee pull ups in remaining time

Fitness
Two 6-minute rounds of
1k row
Max burpees in remaining time
