Mobility: Came across a great article about yoga for Crossfitters. Written by Debbie Steingesser, creator of Yogiwod.com and yoga teacher at San Francisco CF, she understands the demands of a Crossfit athlete and provides examples of how yoga can be beneficial to the CF athlete’s regimen.

15-minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 10 burpees
Minute 2 – 10 TTB/KTE/v-ups
Minute 3 – 15 wall balls
Minute 4 – 15 plate ground to overhead
Minute 5 – 20 double unders/40 singles

Rest 3 minutes

15 minutes to complete:
20 pull-ups/ring rows
30 DB/KB snatches
40 sit-ups
50 air squats
800m run
