Congrats to all of our members who participated in Beat the Bracket!

Mobility: As a population, we are prone to poor thoracic mobility due to daily habits and posture. It’s important to mobilize and open the tspine every couple of days, if not daily when possible. The folks at Kettebell Fever show us a simple exercise for the tspine called, “Book Openers” which can be done anywhere and don’t require any equipment.

For each EMOM, continue adding one rep every minute until 10 minutes is up.

10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 1 DB clusters + 1 pull up/ring row
Minute 2: 2 DB clusters + 2 pull ups/ring rows
Minute 3: 3 DB clusters + 3 pull ups/ring rows
Minute 4: 4…

Rest 2 minutes

10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 1 box jump over + 1 overhead lunge (each leg)
Minute 2: 2 box jump overs + 2 overhead lunges (each leg)
Minute 3: 3 box jump overs + 3 overhead lunges (each leg)
Minute 4: 4…

Rest 2 minutes

10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 1 burpee + 10 double unders/single unders
Minute 2: 2 burpees + 20 double unders/single unders
Minute 3: 3 burpees + 30 double unders/single unders
Minute 4: 4…
