Warm up
3 rounds:
10 PVC overhead squats
10 supermans
10 walking lunges

3 sets:
12 KB front rack step ups (6/leg)
10 strict toes to bar
5+5 KB single arm Sotts press + single-arm KB overhead squat

10 minute AMRAP:
10 ring dips
20 calorie row
30 pistols

10 minute AMRAP:
10 push ups
20 calorie row
30 weighted lunges
