Skill

Handstand push ups & pistols

Level 1:
10 minute EMOM
Minute 1: 5-7 handstand push ups or scale
Minute 2: 8 pistols or scale

Level 2:
10 minute EMOM
Minute 1: 10 handstand push ups (deficit optional)
Minute 2: 12 pistols (weighted optional)

Level 1 = 0-8 hspu + 0-10 pistols
Level 2 = 9+ hspu + 12+ pistols

Conditioning

20 minute AMRAP
400m run
50 double unders
25 air squats
10 push ups
