15 push-ups
20 double unders/40 single unders

2 minutes rest

6 minutes to complete 5 rounds of:
3 manmakers
10 v-ups
20 mountain climbers

2 minutes rest

6 minutes to complete 5 rounds of:
1 hill sprint
15 burpees

2 minutes rest

6 minutes to complete 5 rounds of:
200m row
15 goblet squats

2 minutes rest

6 minutes to complete 5 rounds of:
150m ski
20 overhead lunges
