Mobility: Mark’s Daily Apple explains to us the importance of joint mobility. “Power output and speed will be compromised with poor joint mobility. When you shoot a rubber band, the farther back you pull it, the more tension there is, and the farther it shoots. The greater your joint mobility, the greater your range of motion, and the more tension – and therefore power – you’ll be able to generate.”

In 35 minutes, complete the following:
400m run
100 double unders
500m row or ski
80 air squats
400m run
60 weighted sit ups
500m row or ski
40 pull ups/ring rows
400m run
20 DB/KB ground to overhead (2 DBs or KBs)
500m row or ski
10 wall walks
400m run
