Warm Up

3 rounds:
5 inchworms w/ push up
5/5 half-kneeling windmills
10 good mornings
10 v-ups

Workout

10 rounds for time:
3 Turkish get ups, right arm
10 step ups
10 push ups
3 Turkish get ups, left arm

Use whatever you have for the get ups – a dumbbell, a shoe, a can of soup, or a small child.

If you have weights, add them for the step ups.
