Mobility: For the desk jockeys out there, this one’s for you — a quick lesson on what happens to you when we sit a little too long, and how to fix it.

35 minutes to complete:

9-15-21 reps of:
KBS
Overhead lunges (x2)

Then, 21-15-9 reps of:
DB ground to overhead
DB burpee step-ups

Then, 3 rounds of:
400m run
15 wall balls
10 toes to bar/knees to elbows
