Mobility: Two quick and highly effective mobilizations for the front rack today. If you can’t get to both, try at least one then go and PR your clean.

Warm up
3 rounds:
10 good mornings
5 PVC front squats
5 front rack Sotts press
:30/:30 Samson stretch

Clean: 1RM

“The Chief”
5 rounds of
3-minute AMRAP
3 power cleans (135/95)
6 push ups
9 air squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds
