Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes:
21 overhead lunges
15 KB squat cleans
9 pull ups/ring rows

Rest 2 minutes

Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes:
25 KB sdhp
25 push ups
25 calorie row

Rest 2 minutes

Every 4 minutes for 12 minutes:
200m run
10 DB burpee step ups
15 DB push press
