Training:

Bench-mark “CINDY”

20 Minute AMRAP

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air squats

    This was my first benchmark wod when I started cf. I got through 12 full rounds and I had to scale the Pull Ups with a band. ‘So I got that going for me.’
