5 cat-cows
10 trunk twists
10 good mornings
5 scap push ups
:20 hollow hold

Part A

Tabata, 8 rounds each
A jumps
Russian twists
Hand release push ups

Part B

For time
200 jump rope (doubles or singles)
150 mountain climbers
100 lunges
80 skater jumps
60 hollow rocks
40 burpees
20 squat cleans

*If you have weights, add them for the lunges and squat cleans. If not, use a heavy backpack or odd object for the cleans.
