Mobility: Clean up your groin and free up your glutes and hips.

Warm up
2 rounds:
500m row
Burpee broad jump x 2 lengths of gym
Walking lunge x 2 lengths of gym
10 PVC front squats

Strength/Conditioning
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
5 touch and go power cleans + 3 front squats (205/135)

The RX weight will be very difficult for this workout. Use this as an opportunity to find a challenging load for an unbroken set.

Score is how many rounds out of 10 the athlete is able to complete unbroken.
