One of the most common faults we see in the snatch is an incorrect grip width or hand position. You’ll often hear a coach tell you that your grip is too narrow or maybe too wide. But why? This quick video from Catalyst breaks it down so you can determine what is the right grip for you!

Warm Up

10 cat/cows
10 hollow rocks
5 knees to feet jumps
5 overhead squats
5 behind neck snatch Sotts press
5 burpees

Strength

Snatch + overhead squat
85%, 4 x (1+1)

Conditioning

12 minute AMRAP
20 DB snatches (50/35)
15 box jumps (24/20)
10 strict pull ups
