Mobility: Smashworkx back with a couple great mobilizations to help get you in a stable overhead position without throwing your T-spine into hyperextension.

Warm up
3 rounds not for time:
10 single arm KB clean & jerk
5 pull-ups
1:00 plank

Strength
Every :90 x 6: (3) TNG power clean + power jerk w/ pause

Conditioning
Performance
3 rounds for time:
18 deadlifts (185/125)
9 handstand push-ups
6 burpees over bar

Fitness
3 rounds for time:
18 deadlifts
30 seconds handstand hold or 3 wall walks
6 burpees
