Plank rotation w/ push up
Pass thrus

Gymnastics
3 sets for quality:
Strict push up/handstand push up variation x 6-8 reps
Strict pull up variation x 6-8 reps

Strength
Clean + front squat + push jerk
4 x (1+2+1)

Across or ascending.

Conditioning
3 rounds for max reps:
1 minute hang power cleans (135/95)
1 minute KBS (53/35)
1 minute wall balls (20/14)
