Warm Up

4 minutes (Group A):
10 good mornings
10 lunge w/ pass thru
10 OHS

4 minutes (Group B):
5 burpees
5 broad jumps
5 shuttle runs (down & back)

Groups A & B switch for another 4 minutes.

Strength

Clean pull + hang clean + jerk
4 x (1+2+1)

Increase weight each set and try to end heavier than last week.

Conditioning

12 minute AMRAP
1 ring muscle up
2 front squats (205/135)
3 handstand push ups
4 box jumps (30/24)
