50 jump rope
10/10 single-leg deadlifts
10 plank shoulder taps
:20 squat stretch


Load up a backpack or duffel bag as heavy as possible (or use a set of dumbbells if you have them), and get after it!

7 backpack thrusters
7 burpees
7 backpack power cleans
7 v-ups
7 overhead backpack lunges
7 hand release push ups
7 backpack snatches
