Warm up

1 min pigeon stretch per side, then:

2 rounds:

2 wall walks

4 yoga pushups

6 cal ski

8 ring rows

Bodybuilding / Midline / Bench press

18 min to complete 4 rounds of:

12 alternating single arm DB bench presses (hold other DB in lock out position – 6 per arm)

20 sec per side offset barbell hold

10 standing snow angels with 5/10 lbs plates in hands

20 kneeling triceps band pull down
