8 single arm DB thrusters (4/arm)

Clean & Jerk complex

E2MOM for 7 rounds

1 squat clean + 1 BTK Hang squat clean + 1ATK Hang squat clean + 3 split jerks

Use week 2 complex (11/29) as a reference, this time all cleans are squat cleans.

Conditioning

20 min AMRAP:

5 muscle ups / 10 Chest-to-bar pullups

10 KB snatches 24/16 kg
