Muscle snatch + Snatch balance – 5x(1+1) at 40%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%

Time cap: 10 min

Snatch high pulls – 3×2 at 80%-90%-100%

Time cap: 6 min

Snatch – 7×1 at 85%+

Time cap: 14 min

Overhead squat – 3×3 at 100%

Time cap: 8 min
