Warm up

2 min cardio machine of choice, then:

3 rounds:

8 alternating single DB devil presses

4/ arm single DB push presses

4 deadlifts (increase weight each round, BB or KB)

Endurance (34 min)

2 rounds of:

2 min AMRAP cal row

2 min AMRAP American KBS 32/24 kg

1 min AMRAP push ups

— rest 2:00, then 2 rounds of:

2 min AMRAP ski erg cal or bike cal

2 min AMRAP distance double DB overhead carry 50/35 lbs

1 min AMRAP double DB clean & jerks 50/35 lbs

— rest 2:00, then 2 rounds of:

2 min AMRAP devil press 50/35 lbs

2 min AMRAP ski erg cal or bike cal

1 min AMRAP deadlifts (BB: 225/155 lbs, KBs: 2×24/16 kg)
