Station 1: 12/9 cal Ski, 12 alternating single DB hang snatches 50/35 lbs, 12 V-ups

Station 2: 6 sandbags over shoulder, 6 burpees, 6 double KB snatches 16/12 kg

Station 3: 12 cal row, 12 toes-to-bars, 12 box jumps over 24/20 in

Station 4: 6 alternating single arm devil presses 50/35 lbs, 60 double unders, 6 per arm single DB thrusters 50/35 lbs
