In teams of 2, for time, one partner working at a time:
10 rounds (5 per partner):
10/8 cal machine (row/ski/bike)
3 power clean and jerks (BB: 135/95 lbs, DBs: 50/35 lbs)
— Then,
10 rounds (5 per partner):
10 lateral burpees over bar
3 shoulder to overheads (BB: 135/95 lbs, DBs: 50/35 lbs)
— Then,
10 rounds (5 per partner):
10/8 cal machine (row/ski/bike)
3 thrusters 135/95 lbs (BB: 135/95 lbs, DBs: 50/35 lbs)

Time cap: 30 min

Olympic Lifting

Part A

Every 90 sec for 8 rounds:

2 snatches

Start around60-65% and build up to a heavy double for the day

Part B

Every 90 sec for 5 sets:

Sets 1-2: 5 snatch high pulls at 90%

Set 3: 3 snatch high pulls at 100%

Set 4-5: 2 snatch high pulls at 110%

Part C

For time:

20-15-10 KB goblet hold steps over 24/16 kg, 24/20 in

12-8-4 snatches

Load:

Round 1: 65%

Round 2: 75%

Round 3: 85%
