Membership Hold Request

Need to temporarily pause your membership? We understand that life happens, and you may need a break from training. As outlined in your membership agreement, you have the option to place your membership on hold for a designated period.

Important Details:

  • This is a temporary suspension, not a cancellation.
  • Holds are available for 15, 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • Requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before your next renewal date to take effect before your next payment.
  • Your membership will automatically reactivate once the hold period ends.
  • If you choose to cancel during the hold, the standard 30-day cancellation notice applies.
