5/side bottom up KB presses

Shoulder press

In 13 min, establish a 3 rep max shoulder presses.

For time:

50 clean & jerks 95/65 lbs

50 burpees over the bar

Goal: <15 min, with completing each barbell movement in 5 sets or less
