Olympic lifting – Clean & Jerk
2 rounds of:
90 sec AMRAP:
Clean & jerks at 80%
–rest 1 min
90 sec AMRAP:
Clean & jerks at 70%
–rest 1 min
90 sec AMRAP:
Clean & jerks at 60%
–rest 1 min, then begin the second round from the top
Goal for each AMRAP: 5-6 reps at 80%, 7-9 reps at 70%, 9-10 reps at 60%
