The EVF CrossFit On-Ramp

Regardless of your past athletic experience or current level of fitness, we ask everyone to get started with the EVF CrossFit On-Ramp.  This is a 30-day period that will teach you all about the world of CrossFit at EVF.  You will start your month off with 3 hours of instruction (these classes are kept small to ensure one-on-one attention for first timers only) where you will learn basic CrossFit techniques, terminology, proper warm ups and CrossFit exercises.  At EVF, we are known for our focus on proper technique – it will be the key to your success and results!  Once you have completed these three classes, you will be welcomed into our CrossFit WODs. At the beginning you will probably scale your workouts, but over time you will have lots of ways to progress.  The EVF On-Ramp also gives you full access to our  EVF360 classes and our EVF strength program, which many people use in conjunction with the CrossFit classes – to get better conditioned.

Taught by our staff of experienced coaches, the CrossFit On-Ramp is essentially a month of access to ALL classes on our schedule – but starts with your “small, instructive classes for newcomers.”  For a schedule of On-Ramp classes, check here.

If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for our Test-Out option. We offer a one-hour private session with our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity. The cost for this one-hour session is $75 per person.
