Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. In this 1-hour class, you could be working on squats, cleans, pull-ups, rowing, burpees and anything in between. Every WOD is different, so you’ll never get bored or hit a fitness plateau. Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get maximum results every time.

As seen on Good Morning America, the EVF Youth program is based on CrossFit Kids and designed to give children an extra shot of strength, confidence, focus and encouragement. Your kid won’t be sitting on the sidelines. They’ll learn the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movement and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. We provide children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries. EVF Mobility is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself, including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. This 60-minute course focuses on common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power, endurance and strength. Our highly-qualified coaches teach athletes how to best maintain natural function.
