As seen on Good Morning America, The EVF Kids program, based on CrossFit Kids, is sure to give your kids an extra shot of strength, confidence, focus, and encouragement.
More than just playtime, our fun-filled program empowers kids to strengthen their physical and mental capabilities, providing them with a foundation of health, fitness and confidence that will last a lifetime. Our certified coaches guide young athletes through skill work, conditioning workouts and games to boost fitness, strength, coordination and balance, athleticism and speed. Open to kids of all levels, ages 7 to 17 years old.
Whether or not your child competes in any sports, our coaches will meet them at their current level and help propel them far beyond it. Whether your child can run a mile in 5 minutes or fifteen; do 10 pushups or 50, he/she can benefit from the same program as the others. We scale load and intensity for each participant without changing the fundamental program. The needs of a fourth grader and a high school football star differ by degree, not by kind. Basic movements such as squats, lunges and pushups are taught to all participants and then combined to create a variety of unique drills. Your kid won't be sitting on the sidelines!
