This sounds absolutely horrible…so glad for Mayhem and a “forced rest day”! I would be down to run it some day next week if anyone is interested in running it after Mayhem….George, Mike, Gary, Sean, Charlie…..say Tuesday before/after the scheduled classes???
rest up…there’s a better “Phil” name out there…I’ll name another workout after you if you come up with the town and movie reference I’m talking about
