“Omaha Opie”

 

Run 400 meters

 

-then

 

Five rounds of:

6 Lateral Burpees

12 Overhead Squats (95/65)

18 Toes-to-Bar

 

– then

 

Run 400 meters

 

– then

 

Five rounds of:

  1. This sounds absolutely horrible…so glad for Mayhem and a “forced rest day”! I would be down to run it some day next week if anyone is interested in running it after Mayhem….George, Mike, Gary, Sean, Charlie…..say Tuesday before/after the scheduled classes???

    1. rest up…there’s a better “Phil” name out there…I’ll name another workout after you if you come up with the town and movie reference I’m talking about

  2. I’m down to do this WOD!! sometime in the next week or so. might not make it through but..worth a shot
