Workout of the Day

 

In teams of 4, complete 4 rounds of:

 

250M row

1 Wall Climb

5 Burpees

10 Clean Thrusters (115/75)

20 Toes-to-Bar

30 Box Jumps

40 Double Unders

 

The workout is run relay style.  The next team member cannot start until the team member in front clears their station.  The first team member cannot start the next round until the last team member finishes the prior round.
