A)

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete:

1 Power Clean

3 Push Jerks (65-75% of 1RM Jerk)

 

B)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 min of:

5 Front Squats (60-70% 1 RM)

10 Ring Rows

20 Double Unders
