Strict Press x 6-8 reps @ 21X1
Rest 90 seconds
Side Plank x 45-60 seconds each side
Rest 90 seconds

 

 

B.
Two sets for times of:
25 Hand Release Push-Ups
15 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs.)

15 Wall Ball Shots

15 Toes to Bar

400 Meter Run

Rest 2 minutes

    Part B – 17:27 rx’d – I stink!

    Idk if I agree with 3 days on 1 day off, usually pretty mentally drained on the 3rd day
