Got thru 19 reps of the AMRAP at the end. Holy hell that was a lot of running!!!

Damon is definitely juiced up. He probably failed to mention he did the WOD at the 8pm class last night before turning around and killing it again this morning.
I got to the 600M run (but only had time for 200M).
On the plus side, I ran 800M without stopping or walking for the first time!
That’s huge and should be celebrated!
Got to the AMRAP, and perhaps purposely slowed that last 400M run down just a bit to get out of more de-load PU’s. Shoulders were killing me.
