Perform
3 Rounds of
20 HR Push Ups
20 Weighted Lunges (45/25)
20 Weighted Sit ups (45/25)

Then run 800 Meters

Perform 2 Rounds

Then run 600 meters

perform 1 Round

Then run 400 meters

AMRAP in remaining time

    I got through the 600 M run @ 25#. Finally stopped sweating a few minutes ago.

    got through 15 sit ups on the first AMRAP.

    1. Damon is definitely juiced up. He probably failed to mention he did the WOD at the 8pm class last night before turning around and killing it again this morning.

  4. I got to the 600M run (but only had time for 200M).

    On the plus side, I ran 800M without stopping or walking for the first time!

  5. Got to the AMRAP, and perhaps purposely slowed that last 400M run down just a bit to get out of more de-load PU’s. Shoulders were killing me.
